For larger orders or multiple boxes, air cargo might be more cost-effective. Keep in mind, air cargo is an airport-to-airport service, so you'll need to handle customs clearance and pick up the shipment at the destination airport.

Each plant is inspected, cleaned and prepared bare-root. The roots and foliage are treated with appropriate pest-prevention, root-protection and plant-conditioning solutions.The roots are then wrapped with moist moss, and the plant is packed securely to reduce movement and moisture loss during transit.

Preparing your plant order typically takes 1–2 business days, during which we carefully clean, inspect, and prepare your plants for their journey. For international orders, obtaining a phytosanitary certificate takes about 1 business day for the U.S. and 4–5 business days for Europe. Delivery times vary: Dragon Courier usually takes 2–5 business days, while air cargo is faster at around 1 business day (airport-to-airport). Please note, these are estimates and may be affected by customs or weather delays.
