At YuPlant, we are here to assist you before and after your purchase. Contact us through our website contact form or reply to your order email if you need help with plant availability, updated plant photos, shipping quotations, import documents, payments, tracking or delivery.

When contacting us about an existing purchase, please include your name and order number so we can assist you efficiently.

If there is a problem when your plant arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the package, shipping label, packing materials and plant. An unedited unboxing video is strongly recommended.

YuPlant welcomes wholesale inquiries from plant shops, nurseries, collectors and professional growers worldwide.

Availability and pricing vary according to the plants, quantities and season. After reviewing your request, we will provide current availability, plant photos, wholesale pricing and a shipping quotation.

International orders can be shipped through Dragon Courier or air cargo. Plants are prepared bare-root with moist moss, and a phytosanitary certificate is included free of charge.
